This website is maintained for your personal use and viewing and as such you agree that your use of the website is only for lawful purposes, and will not restrict or inhibit enjoyment of the website by other users, and you will not: Post material to this site which is obscene, defamatory or offensive or which is likely to cause distress or harass any other individual.

Post private addresses or phone numbers without the knowledge and consent of the individual concerned.

Use the site for promotion, advertising or direct marketing purposes.

Online Payments – Cancellation and Refunds

Where online payment is available an order can be made by completing the appropriate online form and making a successful payment with a credit or debit card.

Where you place an order through our website you will be given the opportunity to review the details and edit or cancel the order before making a payment.

Under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, when a course is booked without face-to-face contact, you may cancel the contract within seven days of that contract having been concluded. (This only applies to orders made by individuals.)

Notice of cancellation should be made in writing to BB Training Services Ltd, 35 Main Street, Longriggend, Airdrie ML6 7RS or electronically at mail@bbtrainingservices.co.uk

If your course is due to start within seven working days of when an order is made, your legal right to cancel under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will not apply.

A full refund will only be made for cancellations made within the seven day cancellation period.

As outlined above, If you place an order for a course that is due to commence within seven working days you will have no right to cancel and no refund will be due.

If you wish to cancel out with the seven day cancellation period then the following cancellation charges will apply:

If notice in writing is provided at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the course the full value less an Admin fee of 10% of the total cost will be given.

If notice is received less than 10 working days prior to course commencement, no refund will be due.

Privacy Policy

BB Training Services Ltd Commitment to Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of those using our website and the confidentiality of any personal information with which visitors provide us. BB Training Services Ltd will never sell personal information to or share it with third parties without your explicit consent. This privacy policy does not cover links within this site to other websites or third party suppliers.
